One of the benefits I signed up to GoPro Plus for was Premium Support - but now I've been told I don't get this unless I sign up for GoPro Care ASWELL!
Two GoPro support staff have told me this on the phone and I'm very angry that nothing in the details of GoPro Plus makes this clear. It's irresponsible on GoPro's part to mislead their customers in this way.
Has anyone else come up against this situation?

If I can piggy back on this, does anyone know how we get the Premium supprt? I'm a Plus subscriber and I've been trying to get an actual human being for about an hour and a half and I'm still on hold...
