I have a Hero Session (no 4 or 5, etc.), just a plain "Session." This camera is not in the device list for the desktop computer app. It says choose from the devices in the list, it isn't there. So, what do I choose and how do I associate the camera and the app?
@billow3, please run any available OS updates and make sure to have the latest update for your Graphics Card/s drivers installed. Use the GoPro USB-C cable that came with the camera. There are some troubleshooting steps here that will help:
