No Audio in Quik

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit dem Sound in Quik. Alle Videos sind ohne Ton. Auch die Musikvorlagen höre ich nicht.
Quik wird auch nicht im Soundmixer angezeigt.
Alle Treiber sind aktuell und Quik wurde auch mehrmals Neuinstalliert.

System: Win 10 64 Bit

 

 

Hi, I have a problem with the sound in Quik. All videos are without sound. I don't even hear the music templates.
Quik is also not displayed in the sound mixer.
All drivers are up to date and Quik has also been reinstalled several times.

System: Win 10 64 bit

Is this a recent event? Have you been able to playback videos with audio in Quik before? I am gathering that you already have the latest  version of Quik on your computer as you have already re-installed it a number of times. Which computer are you using -  Mac or Windows? Please verify the version of Quik that you have. 

 

Which camera model are you using? Are you bale to get audio when you play the videos through the camera? What about using different media players? Does it matter which resolution setting you are using. Make sure that your computer ha the updated OS, and that its drivers and graphics cards are also up to date. Also, if possible, try viewing the videos in Quik using a different computer. Let us know how it works out.

I use Windows 10 and Quik is version 2.6.2.841
OS and graphics driver and audio driver is also up to date.
No, I've never been able to play the videos with sound.
All other players play all GoPro videos with sound.
I have a H5B.
