Media is not being transferred from my desktop to gopro plus

I've downloaded my media from my hero 5 black to my desktop gopro quik but that media is not being uploaded to my gopro plus account. Further many of my shared links I've created are not showing up in my gopro plus account.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Have you been able to set the "Automatically upload media to the cloud" option in Quik for desktop? There is no manual upload to the cloud using Quik for desktop so this option must be checked in order for Quik to send media to your GoPro Plus account cloud. To test the cloud service, see if you will be able to successfully upload your GoPro media to the cloud following instructions under "Adding Media from Online Plus Account" as detailed here. Please also check if you are able to access these files through GoPro App. 

 

Do you recall seeing the missing shared links on your GoPro account before? If you have a copy of those links, see if you are still able to access them. Do you notice anything common with the missing ones (or the remaining ones) like date created, sharing options, and the like. Let us know how it goes.
