I get a message telling me that I have no internet connection after entering my e-mail and password. This happens in all apps that I have installed.
I definitely have an internet connection. What can I do?

Have you tried switching between wired/wireless connection?

 

See if the steps bellow will help:

 

If using a Windows computer:

Open Quik for desktop
While on the login screen, select the “Help” tab above the Quik for desktop window
Select “Restart with default settings”
A modal will appear saying “Are you sure?“. Click “Restart” once more.
