Import Issue with Quik Application and Hero5 Black

I discovered a strange issue with the Quik application and my new Hero5 Black. If I record 1 video for 20-30 seconds and I plug into my Mac the Quik applications state that there are no files to import. If I record another video and reconnect the Hero5 to my Mac, it then imports the 2 videos. I have tried this with multiple SD cards, video settings and get the same issue.

 

Any ideas?

 

I have the latest iMac, OSX, Hero5 Black with v2 firmware and latest Quik installed.
