Ich kann mich nicht in der GoPro Quick App anmelden.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

 

leider kann ich mich nicht in der GoPro Quik App (Mac) anmelden.

 

Login funktioniert auf der Webseite und in der Smartphone App.

Hello @arndtmelms

 

Sorry to hear you are having some issues getting logged in. Just to gather a few background details have you ever logged in before? If not you may need to select the "Resend Confirmation Email." That needs to be done first in order to be authenticated. 

 

If you are still having some issues go ahead and give these steps a try:

 

On a Mac, follow these steps:

  1. Click GO in finder and GO TO FOLDER
  2. Then you will type  /private/etc/hosts then press Go
  3. Copy the host file on your Desktop. 
  4. Click open the "host" file and put in 127.0.0.1 localhost at the location below. Save the File, then put it BACK in the same folder it will ask you to replace it.
  5. ​​Relaunch Quik for Desktop. 

If you have successfully logged into Quik for desktop in the past,

  1. While the "Authenticating" message is appearing, wait 15 seconds, then close Quik for desktop.
  2. Turn off the Wi-fi connection, then re-enable it.(Connect computer via Ethernet cable rather than Wi-fi if possible)
  3. Now reopen Quik for desktop and retry the login.

If you are still having some issues you may need to uninstall and reinstall. Make sure you have good internet connection, or connect to with an ethernet cable if possible.
