I need support

I am failing to transfer my media files to the laptop or any device completely


i tried to do the free trial by joining gopro plus


The one is calling me back


no one is speaking to me on livechat


since i bought this gopro hero 8 i have never fully enjoyed publishing my videos not one single day yet no one helps


please call me or use teamviewer or something to get your product running please

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your camera, @ronniegwenzi. What seems to be the issue? How may we help? 


How are you trying to save your files from the camera to your computer? Are you using any particular media player? Is the camera not recognized by your computer? If you are using Quik for desktop, these troubleshooting steps will help. 


Have you tried pairing your camera with a mobile device through the GoPro App? If you have a compatible phone, you should be able to view, import, and edit your GoPro media using the latest version of the app.
