What do you get instead of the video? Is there any error message? We will need to get more information so we can help. Are you using the latest version of the Quik fro desktop app? The latest one is version 2.6.2. Have you been able to view videos via Quik before? What resolution settings are the videos in? Are you not able to see only videos, or photos as well?  Which camera model are you using? Is the camera readily detected by Quik? Are you able to successfully import your videos to your computer? Are you able to play the videos through a different media player?

I see previous footage, but not the footage I am looking for.

 

Yes, I have been able to view videos via Quik before.

 

I am currently using version 2.6.2.770.

 

No error message is present.

 

I have the GoPro Hero 5 Session.

 

I am not able to determine if my camera is readily detected.

 

No option to import.

 

Yes, I can play the videos through QuickTime.
