I am trying to login to my account but don’t have access to my phone to receive 2 factor PIN number.
[ New ]Is there a way to change to an email address to receive the PIN number to be verified?

We regret any difficulties you are experiencing in logging into your GoPro account. Because Two Factor Authentication is implemented by the user for the purpose of additional security, we cannot bypass the requirement of the security code sent via text message. If you no longer have your phone, we would recommend talking with your phone provider to get a new one that uses the same number or otherwise creating a new GoPro account under a new email address.
