I am trying to convert my edited video in GoPro Studio but it continues to crash at various points

GoPro Studio continues to crash when attempting to convert the video.  It crashes at different points throughout the conversion process regardless of which format I try to export it as.  I have the project saved on an external drive.  Can I load the project into Quik on a different computer, since I can no longer install Studio on a different computer?  I really don't want to edit this video again -- 54 minutes worth.  Or does anyone have any advice on getting studio to complete the conversion?  I have a small hard drive -- 17 GB still available on current computer--but converting the file size to a 4-5 GB file. Thanks.

Hi @stevenw780,

May I know the specs of your computer?

May I know the settings or resolution of the video you're editing.

Thanks,

-Jay

Same here,  just gave up and now using Final Cut.  thought Quick was the replacement for Studio? Perhaps I am wrong, too many crashes and frustrations, drop it use something that works without crashing.

Hi @jmac99,

Sorry to know that.

Quik and GoPro Studio isn't the same.

There are a lot of reason why it's crashing.

The resolution of the video you're editing might be too high for your system to handle.

hardware compatibility.

Outdated Software.
