I am having trouble scanning media or importing media from Gopro7
[ New ]Hi,
I am having issue with scanning or importing file for my GoPro7 from my desktop for windows.
Previosuly it was working all well but recently i did an update and now i have having this issue.
Please let me know how to solve it.

[ New ]Also i have having issue at times that i try to on/off it, it keep going back to video mode. Not sure if its the software issue or not.

Did you do an update on Quik or Windows?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application?
Are you getting "No Files to Import?
While the camera is plugged in try going to Device Manager> Find GoPro> Select "Disable" then "Enable".

Previously was running ok when i do an update for the firmware through my app.
I just uninstall the apps for desktop, can't select disable for Gopro so i just delete it and install again.
It doesn't help as its still read the old folder, when i click add new folder, nothing appear at all.
I also try to delete the old folder but i can't delete it, new folder i can but not the old folder.
Please let me know what i should do next. i also observe a while back while using, while trying to on/off it and it keeps going on to video mode. i try a few times and this happen and after a few try it shuts down and when i on it again, it is fine.
