How to export media from GoPro Cloud to computer?

I am trying to download all my contect from GoPro Plus to an external hard drive using my mac. How do I do that?

Hello @bravestorm64876, 

You will have to loin to your GoPro Plus account through gopro.com/login and access your cloud media there. Once you have access to your cloud media, select the content that you would like to download and click on the download button. This action will then save your media on your Mac, which you can move to the external hard drive.
