I signed up for GoPro Plus about 12 hours ago but have yet to find any of my media synced to the cloud. In Quik on my Windows 10 PC the 'spinning C' progress icon (top right) has been spinning for hours now with no sign of stopping. In Quik and Capture apps on my iPhone no media is shown as having been uploaded to the cloud. I don't have much media stored on my PC so I'm wondering how long intial syncronisation is supposed to take. Can anyone help ease my confusion?

Update 3 hours later: Syncing has finally completed. However, my iPhone apps are still not showin any media saved to the cloud though, presumably, there should be something there by now.

You should be able to see the files as they update. When using the Capture app be sure to select cloud when looking at your media and click the option to refresh if you aren't seeing anything. On android you find the refresh option by clicking the three dots on the top right, not sure about iOS.
As far as the time it takes Quick to upload to the GoPro Plus Cloud; the program gives priority to other apps and request for Internet bandwidth so if anything else is running it can be on the slow side. Also, if you are loading new media or editing, Quik will automatically pause the upload as to not take system resources. Sometimes, if it seems to be taking longer than it should, simply closing the app (also look in the system tray and close Quik there too) and then restarting speeds it up.
