Hi guys

 

After updating the IOS to Mojave 10.4.2 it will not import files from the camera (Hero 7 Black) to my IMac.

 

Very frustrating!

 

Is this an Apple issue?

Did you mean 10.14.2?

What error message are you getting?

 

Please go over the troubleshooting steps:

Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Mac

Has this been resolved??  I still can't sync to Mac.  It's 2019 !!  Fix it please!

Hello @geags. Yes. You will need to fully update your Mac to the latest OS version.

It is the latest version.  Now what?  I can't believe this is happening.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
