Hero 7 Black opens on startup [ New ]

System: Windows 10

Despite not being present in Startup both the app and Quik insist on starting at startup. As they are not listed in Startup there appears no way to turn them off.

Help would be appreciated thanks

Have you tried booting your computer without an SD card already?

Is it still showing on startup?

Sorry Jay, When I said yes, I meant yes there was an SD card in, yes I recognised what the problem was, and yes I had removed it and yeas it fiixed the problem.

Do you have your camera plugged in to your computer before you turn on your computer?

Or do you have SD card plugged in?

If you don't have a camera plugged in or SD card please send a screenshot so that we could check.
