GroPro Quick

Alors quand je vais sur GoPro Quick et que je veux faire un montage ou même regarder une vidéo l'app "ne repond pas",je ne sais pas comment faire, à pars ça tout marche.(j'ai une hero 7 grise)

I'm facing same issue. My laptop is brand new. Quick is the first app installed and not works.

Core i7-8586u, RAM 16GB, NVidia GeForce MX150 and Windows 10

No success by selecting Integrated graphics.

Graphics driver is also updated.

Can you please try this @fernandocwb,

 

Create a new local admin account on your computer and then try to run the app using graphics processor using that new local account.

Worked for me (below).

 

Even though it this solution is sort of frustrating for me, it's what worked.

 

I'm running a Dell laptop with a dedicated NVIDIA video card. It also has the Intel Integrated Graphics Card, which I think any laptop with an Intel processor has. Absolutely everything is up to date, graphics card and all.

 

What worked for me is to completely disable my NVIDIA card from the system, following a tip found on another website. Right click My Computer-> Left Click Device Manager -> Expand Display Adapters-> Double Left Click on your Graphics Card-> Click Driver then Disable.

 

Tried running Quik again and it worked flawlessly."
