'Grab a photo' takes wrong image
[ New ]Every time I click on the 'grab a photo' icon the correct image appears in the preview, but when I save it it is a completely different image. It happens every time with certain frames that I want.

Have you checked if this happens only on a certain file?
Is there a chance that these videos were on portrait orientation?
Thanks!

[ New ]Hi @aragon1006
I've just checked on another file using a different computer and it still happens. The videos weren't on portrait mode but they are both timelapse video files.
Thanks,
Hz

I just did a time lapse recording to try and replicate the issue.
I was able to grab frames/photos from the file.
How are you taking the shots - do you pause the video then click on the frame icon?
Or do you click on the frame icon while the video is playing?
Would you mind resetting the camera and formatting the card?
**Please make sure to save any important file before proceeding
Once done, try another recording then grab a photo again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Re: 'Grab a photo' takes wrong image
[ New ]Hi @aragon1006
I pause the video then click on the frame icon while it's paused. It shows me a preview of the correct image but then saves a different frame.
I'll reset the camera and try again. Will let you know how it goes.
Thanks,
Hz
