Hi I followed the steps of deleting my app setting file and I am still having the same issue with Go Pro studio not loading my video that I've already put countless hours into editing. PLEASE HELP!

Adding to my above comment...
After I delet the appsettings file. I try to open Studio and it does not work. When I go back to check the C drive appsettings is now there again after I deleted it.

Yup same issue. Studio opens fine by itself. Just finished a project ive been working on for WEEKS and i went to export it, studio crashed, none of the autosave files are discoverable anymore and when i try to double click on the project link to open it up in studio i just get the GoPro Studio has stopped working... and then it makes me close the program because of it crashing. Does the same thing if i try and open the project via the file drop down once the studio is already open. This is ridiculous... its not wonder the stock has dropped.

maybe some suggestions how to fix this problem with crashing gopro studio program? It crashes when I'm traying to import new files.
Already tried : restart computer, rewrite program, change .exe compatibility to windows 7, delete 'appsettings' file, update drivers.
p.s. before program was working.

@toughjump2525 and @darktitan - Since this thread started, we've updated the Studio software a couple of times and have moved it from being a standalone program to a feature in our new Quik for Desktop software. If you are still using Studio as a standalone program, you are using an outdated version of the program, which is likely contributing to the issues you're reporting.
You can download Quik for Desktop at https://shop.gopro.com/softwareandapp/quik-%7C-desktop/Quik-Desktop.html.

Hello, I have the same problem: "GoPro.exe stop working", so I did the first troubleshooting step: deleting the "appsettings" file. So I did, but unfortunately it didn't work. Is there another troubleshooting step for solving this problem? I'd aprecciate if someone responds. Thanks.
