Re: Gopro desktop app

Hi @sweetbeach73504

Here are ways on how you can import files to your computer:

How to Import Camera Files to a Computer - Windows 10

I hope this helps.

Thanks!

Re: Gopro desktop app

I have read all this I am asking if I need the go pro app as well as the GoPro quick installed to import my files from camera.

The camera is not loading files into quick and comes up blank on explorer.

In the help subject on this problem it only states about the go pro app not quick.

I cannot find where to download the go pro app onto a desktop computer. When I go in google play it says device not recognised?

Re: Gopro desktop app

There is only one desktop app, Quik for desktop. On mobile devices there are two apps, GoPro mobile app for controlling the camera remotely, viewing files, and downloading and there is the Quik Mobile app for creating videos.

Use a USB/SD adapter and plug your microSD directly into your computer. Use Windows Explorer to view the SD card. If it is blank in Windows Explorer, there are no files on the card.

BTW, What camera and What SD card are you using?
