Gopro Quik for Windows | Grab Photo from video PROBLEM [ New ]

When I use the gopro app on windows and try to save a photo from any kind of video I get the result I attach here. Picture is Stretched and get a distortion on the top part. This does not happen with the same video file on MAC, this is a windows app problem.  I this just a Bug in the app that gopro has not fixed. This happens with any kind of video, it just saves very bad pics with distortion...

See if viewing the files from the GoPro folder will give you the same error.

You can also try this:

Open Quik for desktop
While on the login screen, select the “Help” tab above the Quik for desktop window
Select “Restart with default settings”
A modal will appear saying “Are you sure?“. Click “Restart” once more.
Quik for desktop will close and reopen. Quik for desktop will appear as if you installed it for the first time.
