Gopro Quick no se inicia

Buenas a todos,

Acabo de adquirir la Hero 7 Black y acabo de descargarme desde vuestra página la app/programa Quick Desk y no se abre: parpadea como todas las aplicaciones cuando se van a abrir pero luego nada, y dando al botón derecho pone que la app no responde y me obliga a forzar salida. He reiniciado el ordenador y sigue igual. Tengo un iMac software 10.13.6 High Sierra.

Hello @heroicjump6156. If you haven't yet, try the following steps in the right order. 

  • Restart your computer.
  • Create a new Mac admin account and verify if the other account is able to open Quik for desktop. 
  • Uninstall and reinstall Quik for desktop.

Not sure if this is the case with your system, but this can happen if you're running multiple graphics cards in your computer. If that's the case, here are some steps that may help:

  • Right click the Quik desktop icon.
  • Hover over Run with graphics processor (Note: this option will only be visible if you are using a Windows computer with multiple graphics cards)
  • Select Integrated graphics

You may also try the following steps in addition to the suggestions above:

  1. Close Quik for desktop
  2. Open Windows Explorer by pressing Windows key + E
  3. Click the View tab at the top of this window and make sure the box next to "Show hidden files" is checked
  4. Navigate to C:\Users\<Your Username>\AppData\Local and delete the "GoPro" folder
  5. Restart Quik for desktop and see if the issue persists
