Signed up for Plus and have subscription showing in Apple Store. Still only in free period. I can upload to cloud, but using Quick it teills me to upgrade to PLUS to use different sound tracks etc. They are showing up as locked. Have even verified my ccount with phone number etc. Every Go Pro page on desktop send me into a Sign-up loop, even though i've most definitey subscribed. Anyone help?

Hello @magnettours. Is the above true even when you login using the same email address that is associated with your GoPro Plus account? Sometimes, the iTunes Apple ID is not the email address used for the GoPro Plus subscription. Make sure that you are using the correct email address when you login to the GoPro account website. No, unfortunately. Its totally scrambled. Occasionally works on ipad and phone, then doesn't, throws random usernames up on my log-in page on Gopro account page, uploads a bit to the cloud, but not all of it. Shows my device, but next visit tells me to put in my cameras serial number, (again!). Unusueable and a total dogs breakfast to try and use. I'll cancel now, as i don't have the patience to try and sort this out. Shame, because I really want to use that storage!

@magnettours, sorry to hear about the trouble. Once you sign up to GoPro Plus, the subscription will be associated to whatever email address used. You have to ensure that you're logged in to the same GoPro User Account on all devices.
You may try to log in directly at https://gopro.com/login to figure which email address is associated to your PLUS subscription -- you should see "My Media" section once logged in.
