Hi, I have a video on my GoPro Silver 4 that is a bit over 16 minutes long. I was attempting to import it to my desktop and I notced that it wanted to do the import in segments. At the third segment it started to loop and would not finish the import. I have watched the video on my camera and it appears to be fine. Any ideas on how to get the video off the camera? thanks

Are you using the latest version of Quik for desktop? This version is 2.6.2. Are you getting any error message?
I just did a sample using a HERO4 Silver camera and was able to import the 23-minute long video. The files being split into chapters is a normal function of the camera. This is related to GoPro Camera chaptering.
If you are connecting the camera directly to the computer, try using an SD card adapter instead and let us know how it works out.

Hi Sorry it took me so long to get back.. What I did was to take the SIM card out and download the clip to my computer and then from there I downloaded it to FB. It did break into two distint videos.. I have the latest version of GoPro Quik so I am still not sure why the import failed.. Thanks for your reply..

Glad to hear back from you, @quangee. Good to know that you have the latest version of Quik on your computer. it is still odd though that the import failed. Was there any particular error message that appeared in Quik? To verify, now that you mentioned FB, is the failure on import from the SD card to the computer, or from your computer to FB? There is currently a known issue with sharing media to Facebook from Quik. Our team is aware of this and is working towards getting it resolved.
