Re: GoPro studio edit step 2
[ New ]This article lists the minimum system requirements for GoPro Studio. It maybe that the graphics card on your computer, it being a new one does not match what GoPro Studio requires. This is considering that GoPro studio is an old application that has already been retired. Alternatively, you might want to explore using iMovie to edit your GoPro media. Thanks!

Re: GoPro studio edit step 2
[ New ]Thank you for posting back, @redjump03718. If you are only getting audio, it could be that the graphics card is out of date and needs to be updated, or that the graphics card is incompatible with GoPro Studio. See if this is the case. Also check if the Save to location has special characters on its name. This has bee observed as an issue, especially with international users. You can try creating a new folder and change the location from there.
If all else fail, our team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs will be able to assist you with further troubleshooting steps. Please keep us posted here on how it goes.
Best regards,
Marius
