Hello, I've bought a couple of GoPro hero 8 black, and want just to "CUT" videos with the GoPro Quik desktop app. And have some kind of "issues" like:
1. App starts but plays videos extremely slow, like crashing but no (a message box shows that HEVC videos could not be supported on my device?, see my laptop specs at the end of the post)
2. When trying to cut the videos I've imported, a message pops out and says: "Could not create video" and asks me to chck the minimum requierements of my PC.
I've tried running compatibility mode, unninstalling, restoring factory the app, and nothing.
When calling GoPro they say: "Oh, we're sorry, but you can use the mobile app ;) " (I haven't bought this laptop to use the mobile app sirs!)
My laptop specs:
Proccesor: Intel Core i9 9850 HK
SSD: M.2 NVME 256GB
RAM: 32GB DDR4
Video: NVIDIA GTX 1080 - 8GB
I think this grossly exceeds gopro's minimum requierements; has anyone solved this kind of issue?

HEVC files are not yet fully compatible with Quik for desktop.
