Re: GoPro Quik fails to import all files
[ New ]Thank you for sharing, @hardystorm48132. Would you recall the format type of those files that were not detected by Quik when the camera was plugged in to your computer? Were they JPG, MP4 or other format? Were those files detected by your computer's file finder or other media player while the camera was directly connected to the computer? These details will help us isolate the source of the trouble. Hope to hear back from you. Best regards!

Re: GoPro Quik fails to import all files
[ New ]Thanks for quick feedback. The files were both MP4 and JPEG, and also they were not seen by File Explorer when camera was connected to PC. It seems that the only difference between the detected and undetected files was the date, more recent files were not detected.

Re: GoPro Quik fails to import all files
[ New ]See if the dates on those files may have changed. Sometimes, when the camera is drained, the date on it resets and when imported to a computer, they tend to get assigned to an older folder. Let us know if it is the case. Thanks!
