GoPro Quik atascado en "authenticating"

Buenos días.

 

Todo funcionaba perfectamente hasta que hace unos días, GoPro Quik ha empezado a dar problemas en mi ordenador. Uso la versión 2.3.0.5383 porque tengo un ordenador con Windows 7 y una GoPro Hero5 Black edition.

 

Cuando inicio Quik, me sale muchas veces una pantalla de que ha habido un error y que cierre el programa, y cuando lo consigue abrir, me sale la pantalla de login y tras meter usuario y contraseña, se queda parado en "Authenticating". He probado y puedo entrar en mi cuenta de la web de GoPro sin problemas. También he probado con diferentes conexiones a internet WiFi y con conexión de cable y no hay diferencia...

 

He desinstalado el Quik y vuelto a instalar pero no hay ninguna diferencia.

 

Uso la GoPro para temas de trabajo y ahora mismo estoy muy decepcionado porque está retrasándome con un proyecto importante. Necesito una solución inmediata por favor.

I am sorry for the troubles caused, please go over these steps:

  1. Open Quik for desktop
  2. While on the login screen, select the "Help" tab above the Quik for desktop window
  3. Select "Restart with default settings"
  4. A modal will appear saying "Are you sure?". Click "Restart" once more.
  5. Quik for desktop will close and reopen. Quik for desktop will appear as if you installed it for the first time.
  6. Go to the login screen and input your credentials. You should then be able to login successfully.

Hi again.

 

Tried to follow the steps, but no "Restart with default settings" is available on the Help tab in my GoPro Quik program version...

 

Any other ideas how to solve the problem?
