GoPro Quik Destop App not responding

Hello,

 

everytime I want to edit a video in Quik Desktop the App freezes and says "not responding". I reinstalled it and launched as administrator. Befor you refer to this thread: https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/Quik-for-desktop-Crashes-while-Opening-Create-Mode/ta-p/393003 I have no second or internal Graphics Card, just one. What can I do ?

Hello, @dizzard. For the case of a single graphics card, you only need to ensure that the graphics driver is up to date. If it is already done and the issue persists, let our Support team at https://gopro.com/help/ContactUs know so they can assist you with the next steps. 

 

You may also explore other programs that can be used to view and edit your GoPro footage.
