I have a high end system and this garbage software is so dang frustrating. Something that should take 5 minutes to kick out takes HOURS and ends in cancleing it all together or a system hang!! What the heck GoPro?!?!?! FIX IT!
All these people telling you how slow it is and all I see is an admin posting minimum system req??!?! Horrible! Really?!?!
Admins do not have an answer because there isn't one! High end systems with Nvidia RTX cards + 64GB ram act like a PIII with this software. Horrible software and I may just return my $800+ GoPro gear and kill my Plus account. This is super rediculous!!

GoPro ist auf dem fallenden Ast es hat nur noch keiner gemerkt,
Ich ärgere mich auch, habe im Urlaub meine alte Cam verloren und mir halt schnell beim Händler das neuste was es gab gekauft ohne vorher zu schauen (informieren)..., ...aber ich freu mich doch Recht gehabt zu haben all die Jahre als ich keine GoPro gekauft habe, die bessere Wahl getroffen zu haben.
GoPro ade!!! Deine Software ist net Scheee!

Yeah I do not understand why they are killing off their own company. There might be a few people that own $1,000+ phones/Phablets with unlimited storage but a majority like me have an Android / Apple iPhone phone that is limited in space and resources. Internet connections on moibile devices are still limited when not on Wifi... many cell companies say "unlimited" but we all know that is not ture. The GoPro mobile solution replaceing a PC or MAC is stupid... just utterly stupid. Now I will cancel my Plus account and start looking for other software to edit my videos. DaVinci and Filmora appear to have better solutions for PC. GoPro has lost my faith and once this camera dies I wont be buying another one.

Try getting the 22.214.171.1245 update for Quik. It has no problem importing media from my Hero8
