Hello, @pjh1650. Do you get any error message when you try to access your GoPro media through Quik? These troubleshooting steps might help. Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Problem sorted.I downloaded & installed the latest verion 2.7 of Quick (i'd been using 2.3) & all media was recognized & automatically imported per prefs.
