Same here. 1.9.3. version. Scenario with powerful desktop PC - not responding as soon as i press "Start". Scenario with a crappy laptop - not responding as soon as it reaches 4% of processing.

Hello Everyone! We appreciate your feedback. A new version of the GoPro MAX Exporter (version 19.4.0) has been released last December 11. See if the new version fixes the issue.
If the issue persists even with the new version, could you please share with us your workflow so we can have a better understanding of when the crash occurs.

Hi! OK guys I managed to get it work. I installed the new version and it was the same freezing in the beginning. WHAT WORKED IS LOADING THE APP AS ADMINISTRATOR!!! As soon as you run as admin, it starts to work.
