GoPro studio started crashing and not responding, I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting, I've restarted my laptop (surface Pro3) several times, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled Quik and Studio. In the end, I'm left with a broken studio that can't convert my GoPro videos into Step 2(editing format). Someone, please help, this is really frustrating and I would really appreciate a solution, please. Thank you.

I'm having the exact same issue for the past 3 days! i have tried on two completely different laptops thinking it was me but no luck. i have uninstalled and reinstalled 7 times thinking i missed something. restarted computers. tried just using the Quik (which is useless).
Hoping for a solution from GoPro ASAP!!

@wunderlost - Are you installing Studio separately from Quik? If so, there's no need to do that since Studio is included in Quik, and doing so could cause some issues.
If you're both still having issues, I'd recommend contacting our Support team directly at https://gopro.com/help/PKBContactus so we can troubleshoot the issues with you.

Thanks so much for the help, for now I've miraculously been able to find a solution to the problem and the program is working just fine. I'll definitely contact Gopro technical help if I come across crashing issues again. Although I'm glad my Studio has come back to life, I'm really not sure what the problem was. Thanks a bunch for the help you guys :).
