No files to Import
There are files on the Hero 5 as I can view them on the camera. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software on the pc and the same message appears. The only way I could get rid of the message was to format the sd card in the Hero 5 and start again. Everything worked like normal for a few days and once again the same message has come up. Please can some one help me as I am losing footage.

Hi, yes I am still having issues, the no files to transfer error has happened a few times now.
The camera has also locked up twice (had to remove battery to reset), in addition it has told me I have 0% battery on a few occassions when the battery was full/fresh (switching the camera on/off solved this).
The latest is the camera seems to like to lock its self when ever I try and access the menus on the screen by swiping left/right/up.
I tried to contact support via web chat but I was out of the UK and got a message that they were busy and to try again, web access was limited where I was staying. I have just returned to the UK tonight so will try them again tomorrow.
