Thanks jaredb344 for the work around! Unfortunately I the footage is only on my mac now, and I really don't want to put it back on the cards and then into the camera, but this is great for future reference if GoPro don't fix the issue.
Seems like a pretty big issue. I'm getting it consistently when I test it again and again.

Has this issue been resolved yet? I'm am having this same problem. Coupled with the failure of Fusion Studio to connect to my camera, I am regreting my pruchase. This has been out for more almost a year now. Also can't ever start a chat because all agents are alwqays busy. WHERE IS THE SUPPORT?

I'm having the very same issue.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling GoPro Studio - no change.
Tried pulling from camera directly
Tried manually copying files to various locations on computer (OS drive, non-OS drive, user "Videos" folder per default GoPro browse location) - no change.
Over 7 months and still nothing??
