I shot a 9 seconds video timelapse with my fusion. I could import it to my Pixel 2, stitch and export without any problems but when importing the footage to the PC Fusion app for a proper high quality stitch/export the tool is only recognizing about a second of the whole timelapse. The export is also about a second long - is as if it only recognizes the very beginning of the timelapse video. The individual back/front files are each 9 seconds long.
I'm using V 18.104.22.1680 of the Fusion Studio app in Windows 10.
Any idea why this might be happening, and how to solve it?

Hello @kemikal. Which version of Fusion Studio are you using? Also, is your camera running on the latest firmware? If you haven't done it yet, see the instructions here https://gopro.com/help/articles/block/fusion-2-0-beta-update-for-your-gopro-fusion to get the Fusion and the Fusion Studio application updated. Feel free to post back for any questions or concerns. Thanks!

Thank you reaching out. Have you ever tried to check if the individual files play fine? How are you importing the files to Fusion Studio? Did you encounter any error message while trying to import the footage?
If you are not already doing it, see if manually copying and pasting the files under the DCIM folder in the two (2) memory cards will help in the process. You can do this by following the instructions under "Manual Import Via SD Adapter" discussed in this article.
Let us know how it goes.

Same problem here. Transfering data directly to disk from the cards and then doing the stitch on Fusion Studio doesn't solve the issue. Any solutions? (files 37", recognised as 3")

Is there any fix for this timeplapse issue?
Shot a 32 second timelapse over several hours yesterday and, as with the other folks, Fusion Studio only shows it as 2 secs long.
MP4 files on the camera are the correct length

We have not heard from the team yet. I will heck with them again and update this thread once there is new information. Have you been able to try the steps to fix suggested previously? How did it go?

I had this exact same issue and found a workaround, for iphone & Mac users at least, don't know about PC. Here's what you have to do (until GoPro solves the stupid issue in their desktop app):
1. Use the mobile App to view the media on your Fusion.
2. Save the clip to your "Local Media" in the app.
3. Click the share option when viewing the clip in your local media.
4. Click the 3-button symbol for "more", which will then pop up other options for sharing the footage.
5. Use AirDrop to share the clip with your Mac.
It will then start stitching the two sides together and then it will share the full-resolution export to the downloads folder of your Mac. It's not the most convenient method, but this is the only way I have discovered of getting the full length timelapse into my computer. The Fusion app on the computer kept wanting to import my 10-second timelapse into a 1 second clip.
Hope this helps!
