I use NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 with GoPro Fusion Studio, I render the files very quickly. I had repeated these facts so many times.
But NO - I have to upgrade the dedicated memory of Intel(R) HD Graphics 630....
The app crashes mainly when I navigate the tab menu. When I use shortcuts there is no problem. And finally he said:
"I will reach out with my team and will keep you posted via email."
Last time when I got such answer the email was - "update your drivers"
They even didn't want to read the DUMP file.
You lost me as your a consumer.

Sorry to hear about the experience, @bg360. We checked on the case and Support was trying to help with setting a dedicated graphics card for Fusion Studio to work smoothly, since your computer has two graphics card. They were not able to bring the matter to the team in charge because such part of the process was not completed yet. If you are still having issues and would like to proceed, please check the email that Support sent your for instructions.
