GoPro Fusion Studio 1.3 doesn't launch [ New ]

GoPro Fusion Studio 1.3 doesn't launch. Neither when I connect the camera, nor when I double click on it. Currently it's rev. 1.3. I tried everything: compatibility mode, reinstalled several times, one monitor, two monitors, beta 1.4. Simply it doesn't work. 

My computer is a Intel core i7 10th generation, 16 GB RAM, 1 GB SSD, NVIDIA Geoforce MX 250, 1920x1080 monitor.

The funny thing is that its working perfectly on a AMD A9 6th gen 8 GB RAM shared with the graphic card.

What can I do?

Did I write that even the 1.4 version doesn't work? And that software is supposed to work even in stand-alone mode, without the GoPro Fusion connected, isn't it? Why should I install a new firmware for that, still in beta phase?
