i have still more and more problems with Quik- not possible to import dirrectly files from camera to quik. any suggestion?
and what is more, watching of imported videos is in red colour, why? please advise how to resolve this issue for Mac

My GoPro Studio will not work anymore after I did the new upload. It is asking for OpenGL 3.2. I have no idea what this is. All I know is it worked fine last week and now it does not. I guess it is time for me to advance to Adobe Premeire Pro. I'll be looking for videos from you :)

What error message are you getting?
Is the camera detected on Quik when it's connected via the cable or not at all?
Is it seeing the camera but it says that there are no files to import?
Try using a different port and make sure you are using the same cable that came with the camera.

Regarding the red color when playing videos, what Quik for desktop version are you using?
This should be resolved by uninstalling the application completely and reinstalling Quik for desktop.

Hello, issue 1-
camera is detected in Quik all cables are original.
there is error message- no files to import... it worked fine all time, first time detected maybe 1 month ago...it works sometime, sometime no.
but what is more important is issue 2.- red video in Quik
Quik version v2.6.2
MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6
Quik was uninstalled and replaced by version v2.6.2 as advised in your message but no changes-video is still red.
any further suggestion?

no patricaular settings, no system changes done
quik worked fine, it is terrible last month....
i came from holiday and want to see my videos, NO RED,
system informations provided above.
support team is available out of my free hours,
please try anyone to help in this discussion
