Go Pro Studio no playback windows 10

Go Pro Quick for windows 10 not launchin. The icon shows in the taskbar but nothing after that. I tried all troubleshooting options that go pro recommended like compatibility and also tried with a different account in windows 10, still the issue persists. I have been reading that go pro support have left multiple users hanging without providing a solution. Please respond.
