Go Pro Studio, after import does not preview and does not convert movies

As a title, once you import movies, if I hit the PLAY button in the STEP1 window I hear only the audio and I do not see the video. If I then decide to convert the movie, even if only 40mb stays at 0% blocking.
The PC is new generation, I have installed VLC and Quick time here is the dxdiag of the PC:
