Go Pro Quick not responding [ New ]

Go pro quick wont respond when i try to play videos, i have a HP Envy for editing photogrpahs in lightroom, so im under the impression it should be able to deal with 2.7k videos, it imports the files fine but doesnt cope when i try to play any of them or edit them in create. I can however play them from the normal "photos" file not sure else to explain that.
