I really cant express how upset I am. this is the third time ive tried to use a gopro device on my windows computer and it fails, they really just dont care i spent $700 for something that doesn't work and i need something that works since i purchased this as a business expense. It's been months since this has been out and yet i have to fish around the internet hours later to try and find a fix. Go pro really only cares about apple software really???? come on guys you should be better than this. I dont know if i will ever buy from gopro again if this literally happends every time i purchase a product.
