i am disapointed...i have thought for this price i get a nice tool...but it doesnt work on my macbook pro 2016...after one day waiting for stitching the 2 cards with the fusion software...it not working in quicktime playeer, not in premiere, not in fcpx...
and the support tell me i have to downgrade the files with handbrake to full hd...reallly????
never had problems with 4k before ....but sorry gopro....fusion is **bleep**

I have tried to get in touch with support, to no avail. None of the telephone numbers work. Chat tells me they can only take my number and get a callback at an unknown time in the next 24 hours.... But why doesn't the software work in the first place?

May I know what seems to be the problem with Fusion Studio?
Do you have a screenshot of the problem and exact error message.
Also the specs of your computer?
Can you provide Graphics card details and Operating System so that we can check.

I'm running mac osx high sierra.
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
I connect the camera to the studio program, and it tells me to wait a few minutes....I left it all night; no progress.
