Re: Fusion studio is garbage

The same like you, I've tried any methods given by GoPro, but Fusion Studio is still ignoring my Fusion.

Re: Fusion studio is garbage

I have tried to get in touch with support, to no avail. None of the telephone numbers work. Chat tells me they can only take my number and get a callback at an unknown time in the next 24 hours.... But why doesn't the software work in the first place?

Re: Fusion studio is garbage

Hi @bravecave65

May I know what seems to be the problem with Fusion Studio?

Do you have a screenshot of the problem and exact error message.

Also the specs of your computer?

Can you provide Graphics card details and Operating System so that we can check.

Regards,

-Jay

Re: Fusion studio is garbage

Hi Jay,

I'm running mac osx high sierra.

NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB

Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

I connect the camera to the studio program, and it tells me to wait a few minutes....I left it all night; no progress.

Thank you for figuring this out.

Hi @bravecave65

Thank you for getting back to us.

Here is a complete list of Fusion Studio's minimum system requirement. Please check the rest of your computer's specs.

Have you tried adding the media manually? See steps listed here.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,
