Fusion --> Manage downloaded media

What's the workflow for downloaded media? Specifically I guess we have a "Sources" folder for dumping the raw off the camera media. Once it's rendered it'd be nice if there were a way to manage (e.g. delete) the media via Fusion Studio.

What do y'all do today for this?

Re: Fusion --> Manage downloaded media

Hello @mirkwood

To download media or import media to GoPro Fusion Studio, you can check out the instructions detailed in this article.  After rendering your media, you can manage files by going to the export location folder. You can track the path by clicking on Preferences on the top left part of the page then go to Export Location. The rest of the media that you used prior to rendering can be deleted by highlighting them first and clicking on the delete button.

Hope this helps!

Best regards,
Marius

Re: Fusion --> Manage downloaded media

Fine for the short-term of course; but when all the files are organized like so:

2018-05-17 16_15_13-C3201124528167.png

... it's hard to know what 3 files to delete for EACH clip.

Would be much preferred to delete via a UI that will take care of removing the relevant support/meta files.

Re: Fusion --> Manage downloaded media

Good point there, @mirkwood. At this time, such UI or feature is not available yet. This is worthy noting though. I will pass this along to the team. You may also leave this as a suggestion through https://gopro.com/feedback. If it would help. sorting the files could organize the contents of the folder.

Thanks,

Marius

Re: Fusion --> Manage downloaded media

The feedback page appears to be wonky.  Can't submit:
