Jeff. I've tried the following. USB cable both ways up. Power on after plugging in. Power already on. App off when powing on. None of which work to connect the camera to fusion app. Further suggestions to edit the footage from my very expencive (currently worthless) camera would be much appreciated.
Second point. editing footage on my iphone x does work but I cant edit 30 seconds. max 15. third point. After edit on teh phone i cant download the clip to the phone, all i can do is load it to FB...
All in all I'm disapointed this is not straightforwards.
The camera was purchased for a very special job. Filming over the new Hong Kong to mainland china 55 km bridge. Camera mounted on aircraft with fireworks on the wings. This will never be repeated. The footage remains on the cards and not accesible.
GoPro must try harder. This camera is a failure at the moment.

Have you found any success with importing manually into Fusion Studio? I've discovered that some users are modifying the FRONT and BACK folders before importing with an SD adapter, but that actually messes up the process. This article shows the steps for importing manually, but you have to follow them with precision. Let me know which part of the importing process you get stuck on so I can offer some assistance.
