Error 41b... Uploading videos to the cloud is not working! Why am i paying for Go Pro Plus?!? [ New ]

Everytime i try to upload my videos to the cloud is says Error 41B. PLEASE HELP!

Hello, @sharpstorm304. Is this always the case when you upload to your PLUS cloud directly from the camera? If you haven't yet, try to unplug, power off the camera and try again.

Alternatively, you may also try other methods of adding media to PLUS.

waste of money, time and service. I tried uploading via usb, errorrrrrr.
