EXTRAIRE MES FICHIERS DE LA CAMERA [ New ]

Je connecte ma caméra MAX à l’ordinateur (MAC). Elle apparaît dans la fenêtre  « Ajouter des médias ». Je vois la capacité de la carte et le pourcentage utilisé (18%). Mais GoPro Quik indique « AUCUN FICHIER À IMPORTER »

Si je vais dans l’emplacement d’importation, je voit ma carte, je voit le répertoire mais les fichiers sont en grisés.

Si je passe par Finder et que je tente de copier dans l’application GOPRO, il n’y a rien qui se passe.

Si je passe par le GOPRO PLAYER, ça me dit que ce format de fichier (360) n’est pas supporté.

J'ai réessayer de déplacer un fichier dans GOPRO PLAYER. Lorsque j'accède via FINDER l'application m'indique "The file format is not supported". Si je passe par "SELECT FILES", les fichiers apparaissent grisés et je suis incapable de les sélectionner.

Hello, @logopc. Which MAX media were you trying to access? If they are 360 media, it would be normal for Quik for desktop to not recognize them. 

You were on the right track with using the GoPro Player. There are troubleshooting steps here that will help. If not, please send us a screenshot of the error message that you see on your end. 

You may also retrace your workflow following the steps on how to render videos with the GoPro Player.

Avec un fichier vidéo, autre que 360, je n'ai aucun problème, ni avec PLAYER, ni avec Quik.

Hi, @logopc. Based on the image that you provided, you are not using the GoPro Player but the GoPro VR Player. The latter does not detect the original .360 file from MAX. You will have to render the footage through the GoPro Player first before the 360 media could be viewed through the GoPro VR Player.
