Dont See Videos in GoPro Quick [ New ]

I can only veiw and download video from my Hero 4 BLK toPhotos on my iMac.

How can I veiw / download using Quick?

Hi @jcgtv,

You cannot use GoPro Quik to view HEVC file.

You can use other video editing software or video player that supports HEVC.

I read that my comuter is too old, 2013 MAC, to play HEVC, BUT why was i able to do it before and not now?

... there are vids in Quick Media folder ...

Also, in Quik, it recognised my SD CARD (17% used) now it reads 0% on card...not true...and it does show that the camera is connected in both Quik and Photos (pictured)

Again it works!!!!  in PHOTO, but not with Quik.  Ill bet once uploaed in PHOTOS they will show up in Quik...lets see

What SD card are you using?

If you haven't yet, please go over the step on Camera is Not Recognized on Quik for desktop - Mac

You may also check the settings on your Mac.

See if the "Access to Photos" option for Quik, was disabled in Security & Privacy settings.
