Desktop client dont work properly on latest Mac OS

Camera: GoPro 7 black

OS: Mojave 10.14.6

Quik version: 2.7.0.874

 

The desktop client is not able to connect with the camera properly. It recognizes only the name of the camera but not able to connect properly with SD card and read data.

I have tried the following without success:

  • reinstall desktop client
  • update camera software automatically
  • update the camera software manually

The desktop client randomly recognizes camera like once in 50 attempts.

 

I have also tried to connect only SD card via card reader and then Quik worked perfectly. So the issue is not with SD card.

Can you please tell me how to proceed?

It didnt solve my problem. Can you try to investigate deeper?
